Krasnodar, 13 March – Yug Times. On March 10, natural gas exploded in a flat of a five-storeyed block at 75, Slavianskaya Street, in Krasnodar. Seven persons, including two children, were injured.
Upon arriving to the site, the fire brigade ascertained that the walls of the fourth and fifth floors in one wing had collapsed because of the explosion. The other three wings of the block had not suffered.
Out of the seven sufferers, three persons refused from hospitalization. A nine-year-old child and a 12-year-old teenager were sent to hospital.
A local extraordinary situation mode was introduced in the locality. A guard post was set to protect the house against possible marauders.
The regional Investigation Committee has filed criminal proceedings on the fact of explosion and partial collapse of the house. The course of investigation is controlled by the regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Experts will check the integrity of the block before letting the dwellers into the damaged wing.
